EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Original Equipment Manufacturer uses ideal and certified technology to manufacture its products, striving for quality and customer satisfaction. Out of respect and in order to maintain the credibility acquired with its consumers, the company created an exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

 

When carrying out the return / exchange process, the customer must indicate the registration to be returned / exchanged, inform the reason for the return / exchange and the name of the return.

 

* ATTENTION: To carry out the exchange process, it is necessary to justify your request by “Return by Repentance / Withdrawal”. If you receive the product and want to return it, you must do it within 14 days, counting from the date of delivery, observing the following conditions:

• The product must not have signs of use;

• The product should preferably be sent in the original packaging and label with the product reference code;

 

We offer a refund and / or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and / or exchange of any kind.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Your item must be in the same condition as you received it.

• The article must be in the original packaging.

• To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase;

• If the item in question is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive an offer credit in the amount of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace articles if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, send us an email to (email).

 

ASSETS NOT COVERED

The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:

• Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

• As soon as the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

• Late or missing refunds

• If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are not subject to refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

With Stripe technology, you can use different payment methods and accept or agree to the terms applicable to that Payment Method, which will form part of your contract with Stripe.
